Ghana in the World Cup<\/a>, I noticed a relatively strong carrier on 17,540 kHz. A quick check of schedules and I realized this was the Rwandan based station,\u00a0<em>Radio Impala<\/em>&#8211;a new catch for me.<\/p>\n<p>Radio Impala is clear about their humanitarian mission of peace, friendship, human rights and equality in their station id.
