We&#8217;re currently\u00a0experiencing an X-ray event exceeding X1 on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swpc.noaa.gov\/NOAAscales\/\" target=\"_blank\">NOAA Space Weather Scale<\/a>. Indeed, you might even catch a few rare band openings between event.
