My question remains: can VOA still justify the funding it has?<\/strong> It has spent billions over the last few decades, but has little to show for it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No doubt, with the recent\u00a0loss of CEO Andy Lack<\/a> and the announcement that VOA Director, David Ensor, is stepping down<\/a>, the VOA\u00a0is struggling to\u00a0remain viable. \u00a0I don’t believe this is due to a lack of good reporters or internal innovators, rather, a lack of proper management.<\/p>\n
