[Then on August 20, it started at]\u00a0start 1745\u00a0UTC and was no longer on\u00a03400-13800 but now on<br \/>\nall frequencies between 12120 -12250.<\/p>\n<p>What is it? The signal strength and phase of the rx signal is correlated at each receiver station, to direction find some unknown station.<\/p>\n<p>Was there such a thing during the cold war, and is it still around? What is this system and\u00a0where can I find out more about it?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Thanks for your inquiry, Rick.
