No fancy equipment needed.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No kidding!\u00a0Mobile phones and tablets now have more than enough horsepower to decode most <a href=\"http:\/\/voaradiogram.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">VOA Radiograms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas uses the free\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w1hkj.com\/vk2eta\/\" target=\"_blank\">AndFlmsg app for Android to decode.<\/a>\u00a0Note that AndFlmsg is not available in the Google Play store, you must manually install it <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w1hkj.com\/vk2eta\/INSTALL.TXT\" target=\"_blank\">using these directions.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2eBT0I1\" target=\"_blank\">Kaito WRX911 is an $18 US receiver<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w1hkj.com\/vk2eta\/\">AndFlmsg is free<\/a>.
