Some people have even suggested that SWLing.com begin one, but this sort of program needs to be organized,\u00a0maintained, and curated&#8211;no small task, and one which is frankly outside our scope at SWLing.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m delighted to report that <a title=\"Pop Comm\" href=\"http:\/\/popcommmonitors.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Popular Communications Magazine<\/a> has stepped up to the plate and is now steward of just such a radio\u00a0monitoring\u00a0 program, to be known as\u00a0<a title=\"Pop Comm Monitors\" href=\"http:\/\/popcommmonitors.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pop&#8217;Comm Monitors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So, Pop Comm is granting shortwave listening post call signs.
