Was browsing the Anon-Co site the other day and noticed they are selling replacement rotary encoders<\/a> for the some Tecsun models.<\/p>\n

As I have a PL-660 with a bad encoder decided to order one and replace it. The cost was only $5.95 with free shipping and took about 6 days from Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

With a bit of un-soldering the replacement only took about 20 minutes and now works better than new, as the original was always a bit temperamental.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Wow–thank you for pointing this out, Rich! I didn’t realize so many parts were available including knobs, encoders, antennas, back stands and battery doors–essentially, all of the parts that are prone to damage or loss.<\/p>\n
