This week the programme <\/b>begins with Vivaldi’s concerto for two mandolins and is\u00a0followed by three short pieces for piano by Jan\u00e1?ek and then the\u00a0first movement of Mozart’s symphony No 41.<\/div>\n
Contemporary composer Cheryl Frances-Hoad next with two movements from her suite Katharsis. After that an interesting pairing of a song by Schubert and a 1960s folk song. The programme finishes with a quartet for english horn and strings by Jean Fran\u00e7aix.<\/div>\n
