I didn\u2019t get any answers saying \u201cyes\u201d but I just figured it out and yes it can be done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Press \u2018Menu\u201d, then press \u201cSet\u201d, then \u201cFunction\u201d to bring up a menu starting with \u201cBeep Level.\u201d The fourth item down is \u201cBand Edge Beep.\u201d You want to set that to \u201cON (User) &amp; TX Limit\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Then once that is turned on, there will be a \u201cUser Band Edge\u201d option in the Function menu. Under that select and delete all of the band edges. The radio will now not TX at all from any button on any band. To re-enable TX, change the \u201cBand Edge Beep\u2019 anything other than TX Limit. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>[IMPORTANT] Don\u2019t forget to save to the SD card before deleting the band edges or you might have to re-enter them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was just disconnecting the mic until today but this way I\u2019m a little more at ease now with the 7300 sharing an antenna with the HackRF. 73, Justin N2UJZ.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What a brilliant tip, Justin.
