In 1972, Reverend\u00a0Dobbs wrote a book called, <em>Making A Transistor Radio <\/em>and now it&#8217;s <a title=\"Making a transistor radio\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mds975.co.uk\/Content\/george_dobbs_trf_radio.html\" target=\"_blank\">available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Making A Transistor Radio<\/em>\u00a0is a clear, simple, step-by-step guide to building your own transistor radio. In each stage of the process you&#8217;re rewarded with a working radio.
