Qualifying reception reports should contain a description of at least 15 minutes of the programme, as well as of signal quality. Web SDRs are accepted. The reports should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:QSL@europarl.europa.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QSL@europarl.europa.eu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As this is a pilot project, listener feedback will facilitate its repetition in the future.
