Hello all shortwave listeners and SWLing community. FastRadioBurst 23 <\/strong>here with news of the Imaginary Stations radio shows this week. This Sunday October 6th 2024<\/strong> there’s a return to the supermarket shelves with KMRT <\/strong>via the services of Shortwave Gold<\/a><\/strong> at 0900\/1300 hrs UTC<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a06160 kHz<\/strong>\u00a0and then at 2000 UTC<\/strong> on 6160 kHz<\/strong> and 3975 kHz<\/strong> (night shelf stackers workload permitting).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Plus on Wednesday October 9th 2024<\/strong> at 0200 UTC<\/strong> on 9395 kHz <\/strong>we’ve another episode of KMRT<\/strong> via WRMI<\/a><\/strong> for your listening pleasure. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Both these programmes are part of the Supermarkets on Shortwave 2024<\/strong> broadcasts. Expect nearing their sell by date and marked down classics, a heart warming song from The KMRT Trainee Managers Choir <\/strong>called “The customer is always right”<\/strong>, some shopping trolley sing-a-longs, a look at supermarket radio from around the world and a roving reporter hidden in a stack of Teddy Bears ready to jump out at a unsuspecting member of the public (*subject to availability and while stocks last of course).
