On Wednesday 22nd July 2026, <\/strong>at 0200 hrs UTC <\/strong>on 9395 kHz <\/strong>on WRM<\/a>I<\/a><\/strong> we have WHFM \u2013 Herman’s Radio and Record Room.<\/strong> This is another show in a series of programmes by DJ Frederick Moe<\/strong> in memory of his father Herman (1919-2001) and features mid-century sounds including country, jazz, folk and easy listening.<\/p>\n

Later, that day at 2000 hrs UTC<\/strong> on 3975 kHz\/6160 kHz<\/strong> via Shortwave Gold<\/b><\/a>, we bring you a Skybird Special called Soul on Shortwave. Expect the best in soul and soul related tunes bounced off the ionosphere on a Wednesday night from DJ Frederick<\/strong> and One Deck Pete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While on Saturday 25th July <\/b>at 1100 hrs UTC<\/b> on 6160 kHz <\/b>and then again on Sunday 26th July<\/b>\u00a0at 1300 hrs UTC <\/b>on 6160 kHz <\/b>and 2000 hrs UTC <\/b>on 3975 kHz\/6160 kHz<\/b>, we have the last episode of the show called Wave.<\/strong> Expect chilled out tunes, sunshine sounds and if all to plan the shortwave debut of the band Sandy Beeches<\/strong> depending on tide tables and the weather of course.
