The AOR AR5001D wideband receiver
The AOR AR5001D is a tabletop wideband receiver that could just as easily be classified as a “professional” receiver. It represents the some of the highest level of performance that a receiver can offer. We have included it as a tabletop radio simply because its footprint is similar to other tabletop receivers.

- No AGC in the analog processing circuit

- DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) local oscillator
- Accurate reference frequency (0.01 ppm with an optional GPS unit)
- Analog TV reception in both NTSC and PAL formats for surveillance application
- IF analog signal output (45MHz, +/- 7.5 MHz for a total of 15 MHz bandwidth)
- Multi-mode unit capable of receiving AM (Synchronous), ISB, USB, LSB, CW, AIQ (AF-IQ), WFM including FM stereo (optional headphone or stereo speakers required), NFM and P25 (APCO25) digital (optional)
- Composite video output on the rear panel of the unit
- SD card interface
- Selectable IF bandwidths: 200 Hz, 500 Hz, 3KHz, 6KHz, 15 KHz, 30 KHz, 100 KHz, 200KHz, and 300 KHz along with the ability to shift the IF
- CTCSS and DCS selectable squelch functions

- Built-in voice-inversion descrambling (Not available for the US consumer version)
