If you are a regular listener to the International Radio Report on Sundays on CKUT FM 90.3 in Montreal, or if you catch it on the CKUT archives or, more recently, on our new YouTube channel, you’ll want to know that we have just posted to the YouTube channel our first “Special Edition” of the show today, April 22nd 2021. Special events are happening this coming Saturday that we would not have been able to tell you about any other way, so we created this special edition. Saturday is International Marconi Day, with a number of special events ham radio stations on the air throughout the day, including a ham station from the Vatican, where Marconi’s daughter will be one of the guest ham operating on the microphone.
