I mowed a lot of yards to raise $60 for my entry level Hallicrafters S-38E in 1959. That’s nearly $650 in 2024 dollars. Every radio on the list is a bargain. Besides, you never can have too many radios.

The Tescun H-501 lowest price I saw on Amazon was $329.98. If It was being sold somewhere at $263.98 I’d certainly be a buyer.
FWIW (or not), there are H-501 listings under $240 at AliExpress right now, though perhaps YMMV on revision and if batteries are included. YMMV on customer service, returns, etc. as well. I buy mostly inexpensive stuff at AE.
