Great video! Where I grew up in Central New York, WLWO was the only VOA transmitting station that was reliably received, and boy were they strong! We were in the skip zone of all of the other East Coast VOA stations (until Greenville came on) so the others were generally just very weak with the hollow multi-path sound. I had a friend (now SK) who grew up in Belgium during the war who told me that he set-up a secret listening post and would listen to VOA programs over WLWO and pass the war news to his friends!
