At Graf-Arco-Strasse 154 in 14641 Nauen
In the year of the 100th anniversary of broadcasting in Germany, we are offering a two-hour live radio event directly on site, especially for shortwave radio fans on site and at receivers across Europe, to watch, listen to and participate in.
The program will be produced live from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. CEST (11.00-13.00 UTC) in the control room of the Nauen station and broadcast on 6045 kHz.
This unique special broadcast on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of broadcasting in Germany is presented by Media Broadcast GmbH and carried out by Radio60!.

Thanks for bringing this up, Thomas — I took the opportunity and went to Nauen today for a tour of the famous old transmitter station. They had their older SW antenna activated for today’s special broadcast on 6045 kHz, and eventhough it was pointed westward to NL/UK the antenna’s back lobe was strong enough for me to listen to it all the way on my ride home to Berlin. Great SWL stuff 🙂

OK. I see… from 10am to 16pm is for visitors coming at the transmitter compound.
The live SW transmission is due from 13pm to 16pm…..

I guess they want us to check every one of the (*checks notes*) 39 active frequencies they use to find which one they’ll be on for this special broadcast?
The announcement states that it’ll be on 6,045 kHz.
