Offensively for broadcasting on short waves! Many stations abandon ether. And RSI not exception unfortunately. In Russian language, broadcasting was halted on short waves.
I am sorry for errors. I from Russia and English not very much know well.

RSI is transmitting in english, spanish and slovak via Radio Miami International, and now has developed an App for smartphones: http://aplikacie.rtvs.sk/
