As mentioned in the original posting, a “bullet” in the chart indicates a broadcast on line or by one or more different radio platforms to or in the indicated geographical region, including local AM and FM radio, DAB radio, satellite radio, and, for some regions, shortwave radio. In particular, “Click” can be heard in the wee hours of Wednesday morning (03:32 UTC) during BBC Radio 4’s overnight broadcast of the World Service on FM and LW for domestic listeners. The 198 kHz signal can also be heard in Europe and, occasionally, in North America. But, as I have done, anyone can tune into the LW broadcast using the WebSDR (software-defined radio) receiver at the University of Twente in Holland (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/) or some other LW-capable Internet-connected receiver.
