NHK WORLD-JAPAN changes reception report contact address

Dear Listeners of NHK WORLD-JAPAN Radio services,

Thank you very much for listening to NHK WORLD-JAPAN Radio services.

We are writing to notify you that the NHK WORLD-JAPAN e-mail address (nhkworld@nhk.jp) will be unavailable from October 20. Replies to this e-mail address will not be received/reviewed.

Hereafter, please send your reception reports/messages via “Contact us” form on each language website.

    Sir,
    I have been a listener of english service of Radio Japan since 1982 and still listening the program. I would like to report the reception the reception of your english transmission and would appreciate a QSL card.

    With great pleasuire I listened to the english program on 5th december 2018 between 14.00 and 14.20 hours UTC on the frequency of 11925 khz on the 25 meter band. I heard the following program details tjhat day.
    AT 14.00 hours station ID and address of Radio Japan was heard.
    News—
    Sunami warning at New caledonia was launched.
    The about the use of plastics by the President.
    At 14.08 hours a music followed by the station ID at 14.12 Hours.

    The news report was presented in a good manner by the readers which is easy for every listener to understand . I am also interested in listening Japanese songs and music. Your letter box is also well presented.
    I am using the KENWOOD TS 590 SG HF Transceiver with the horizontal dipole antenna about 80 feet above ground level, Reception report in SIO rating is 444 and loud and clear. I have been a bc dxer since 1981 and so far confirmed QSL from 148 radio stations in 108 countries around the world. I am also a HAM RADIO operator with the call sign VU3 SIO and American call sign KD2 BJA.
    I would like to receive your QSL , station pennant,program schedule,sticker, 2019 Calender and program schedule.
    I am working as SENIOR MANAGER in KERALA GRAMIN BANK run by CANARA BANK,
