CNR China National Radio is the domestic service has around 15 high frequency sites with power from around 10 – 500 kW each Five of these transmitters transmit daily in DRM
CRI China Radio International has around 7 sites with powers of 100 – 500 kW. Only one transmits in DRM which is in SW China and aimed @ SE Asia. Programming is mostly CNR.
I wonder if particularly the CNR transmitters are transmitting clear versions of your maps using DRM
