IIRC it ran Holocaust 5 consecutive nights in 1978. Some big names, including Meryl Streep, James Woods, and a very chilling performance by Michael Moriarty.

“Holocaust won Emmy Awards for Outstanding Limited Series, as well as acting awards for Meryl Streep, Moriarty, and Blanche Baker. Morton Gould‘s music score was nominated for an Emmy and a Grammy Award for Best Album of Original Score for a Movie or a Television Program.”
