Thank you, Carlos! Sure enough on my overnight recordings on my Perseus/Jaguar-Pro combination, the announcement came at 09:01:28, interrupting normal programming on the NHK2 network. Reception conditions were pretty awful last night, so the usual superb reception of Japan, especially the NHK2 network power houses were mostly weak for me into Masset, BC. I’ve posted my audio clip from 774 JOUB, Akita with 500 kW from that time period on the IRCA iogroup. 73,
