I just noticed that Universal Radio has an RFSpace NetSDR on their used list.
The NetSDR typically sells for $1449.95 new, this used one (serial number 0014) is selling for $949.95.
Though still a chunk of change, $949.95 is a bargain for the RFSpace NetSDR. If you’ve considered buying the NetSDR, you should jump on this opportunity. Universal Radio stands behind their used receivers–I’ve bought several–so you can buy with confidence.
sold. 🙂
Woo hoo!!! Ragnar, thanks for taking that off of the temptation block! I kept evaluating my savings account and trying to justify the purchase. Eager to hear your impressions.

Damn. I was seriously looking to buy one of these,…in about six months.
decisions, decisions. but thanks for the heads up.
Ragnar, I almost never see these come up on the used market. Yes, I’m an enabler. Ha!
Hmmm….for that kind of money I could buy a brand new QS1R or a WinRadio Excalibur. 🙂
Ken
I agree, Ken, and indeed purchased an Excalibur last year. I’m VERY happy with my Excalibur, but the NetSDR is a pretty phenomenal and unique receiver. If I didn’t already own the ‘Ex, I would’ve strongly considered purchasing this NetSDR instead.
RFSpace sells the bulk of this production line to the governments of the world for signal intelligence, etc. It’s natively networkable and has an impressive receiver. It’s pretty bullet-proof and boast benchmark specs.
If I had the money now, this post would have never been published! 🙂 Ha!
