Wow — this is a tour de’ force in CRF-320 repair and investigation. I have emailed him through his YT channel to thank him What this shows, of course, is how challenging and difficult, repairs are for this fantastic radio.

Mr. Carlson is indeed a Master of his craft. I’ve been enjoying his videos on YouTube for quite some time now. Also of note are his shorter “Tech Time Tuesday” videos. His full restoration videos are absolutely worth their weight in gold.

Oops…a minor error on my part. The title “Tech Time Tuesday” should actually read “Tech Tips Tuesday”. Sorry…

Wow, what a lab! Looks to be a great “feature length” video. Maybe on the other end of the scale, but informative and entertaining as well are the videos from Shango066 on YouTube. His droll commentary on radios and televisions from the past is a hoot. His approach to repair is very practical and along the way offers some great troubleshooting tips. Here’s a quick example on a Zenith Farm Radio restoration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9L7s_2fIrA
    I hope you enjoy them!
