I stumbled across part of this broadcast on 9955 kHz as I was simply scanning the band … I totally forgot about this scheduled broadcast. I received part of the text in MFSK64 … Personally, I wish broadcasters would stop monkeying around with radiograms via shortwave and start using DRM with a MSC of 16 QAM. DRM with a MSC of 16 QAM is equally as reliable on shortwave as radiograms.
