Hi to all our SWLing Post friends. Here’s what Imaginary Stations has planned for your shortwave radio/SDR listening pleasure.

On Wednesday 4th November 2026, at 0300 hrs UTC on 9395 kHz via WRMI we head back to the Shortwave Music Library to research the most obscure pop and library tunes hiding on the shelves.

Later that day at 1900 hrs UTC on 3975 kHz via Shortwave Gold to Europe and surrounds, we’re going on a musical international flight with Skybird Radio International.

And at the weekend, on Saturday 7th November at 1200 hrs UTC on 6160 kHz and then again on Sunday 8th November at 1000 hrs and 1400hrs UTC on 6160 kHz and 1900 hrs UTC on 3975 kHz via Shortwave Gold we have the debut of KNOT – The Beatles. We’re playing music about The Beatles; cover versions of Beatles tunes and bands that sound like The Beatles – just not The Beatles. Celebrate the Fab Four with the Fab Five DJs from Imaginary Stations.
