I have captured their signal on 11.710 to North America @ 0100UTC here in central Indiana. Using a 66ft.
PAR end-fedz long wire sloper on an AOR 3030. Must be excellent props.

Right now in Denmark, VOK is audible in English at 13 UTC on 9435, 13760 &15245 kHz.

I think it was pretty much the same frequencies as last years summer.

    Best regards, Michael Meyer

Not listed in your report, but they are still on 3910 with what appears to be 50 KW omni. Carrier is always audible here in Florida during our mornings, their evenings. It is zero beat with a morning SSB on same freq but can always see it on the spectrum display. Never recovered audio but carrier runs -100 dBm or so.

The recording I posted is one of the current VOK Central and South American broadcasts. It was received in Northern California. This signal arrives here from the northwest on its way to Latin America but it doesn’t seem to reach the US east coast very well.

Does this mean they’ve given up on broadcasting to North America in English? I’ve always wanted to tune-in to VOK, but here on the US east coast, I’ve never been able to.

Their still on the schedule @ 0100UTC to N.Am. on 11.710mhz. I picked them up in 2018 using a 66ft PAR end-fedz long wire sloper broadside to the north east attached to Grundig Satellit 800. Must be excellent props tho.
